So, on a very hot day at the end of March (about 40 degrees celcius), about 35 expats hopped on a bus from Progreso to the Hacienda Dzibikak to take in this year's Music Festival
The stage was set for an amazing afternoon and evening of entertainment
Our friends Barb and Kip joined us
And we sat with Polly for the afternoon
And ate!
And drank
And enjoyed many wonderful vendors
Including some lovely young ladies making bracelets to raise funds for the benefit of the cats and dogs of the area
In an amazing setting
An amazing fan palm, in the luxurious gardens of the Hacienda
And the amazing marching band that intro'd each of the several acts
Like the young gymnast
The unicyclist
And 4 different and wonderful groups
and we did a ton of dancing
All in all, another fantastic event down here in the Yucatan!
