Mary and Weldon have set up their home as a beautiful, tranquil setting,
Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful days on the coast
With the perfect spot for group yoga, surrounding the crystalline waters of the pool
And here we are, many Canadians, a few Americans and even a Mexican lady,
As we try to find the music
That are instructors are so fluid to dance and groove to
Wendy (above) and Mary(below) are both awesome, and even the funky chicken looks good on them!
Not quite so good or coordinated on us, but we're all having fun, and hey, isn't that what life is about here in Progreso!
